Step A: Registration and Login
- Go to the top navigation bar and click on APPLY NOW.
- Fill out the Application Form using your email and password. Be sure to save them somewhere safe — you’ll need them to log in later.
- After you submit the form, you’ll receive confirmation that it’s under review.
- The Administrator will review your application. Once APPROVED, it will trigger a second email that includes a link to log in using the same email and password you registered with.
Step B: Your Lease
- With an approved application, you’ll notice new Navigation Tabs appear on the homepage of your website, allowing you to log in and view your lease.
- Click on LEASE.
- It will ask the Student and Parent (or Co-signer) to fill out the PowerForm Signer Information; all it requires are your name and email address. Student info is on top, and directly below is for the Parent or Co-signer.
- When finished, scroll down. Directly under the box, you’ll see a tab called Begin Signing. After clicking, you’ll be asked to sign the lease, but before doing so, you can view the entire lease by scrolling up or down. Once you’re comfortable with the terms, you can begin signing the lease online.
- Before signing, please read the 17-page lease, which was purposely written in easy-to-understand language so that all parties understand the terms.
- When finished, click Begin Signing and proceed to sign and fill out the highlighted areas.
- The student fills out and signs accordingly, then submits it.
- The parent (or Co-signer) will then receive an email with a link to fill and sign their section.
- Once the parent submits it, the admin will get a notification to review.
- The admin will then complete their signature, and all three parties will receive a copy of the fully executed lease. At this time, both the student and parent will receive a copy of the completed document by email.
Step C: Deposit & W-9 Form
- In the email, you’ll find payment instructions:
- Please make your payment via Venmo only (venmo.com) — @Arthur-Ingemi-1 (Cell phone last 4 digits if requested: 6584)
- After sending your payment, click on the link in the email to open and fill out the W-9 Form.
How to fill out the W-9 Form:
- Go to the Navigation Bar on the homepage of the website and click on W9 FORM (Top Right).
- To gain access to the W9 Form, the student applicant will simply enter their name and email address.
- Use the Button below to BEGIN SIGNING.
- Fill out the form in all areas marked “required,” which are only lines 1, 5, and 6. (The rest are not required.)
- Part I requires only your SS#.
- Part II requires only your signature (via DocuSign provided for you).
That’s it — your entire process will be completed!
